Simply request your service online or by phone. We’ll create your profile, ask a few quick questions, and provide a quote. Once you choose your date and time, you’ll receive an email invoice to confirm your booking. You can pay online, and we’ll handle the rest.
2. How can I change or cancel my appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours are considered same-day and will incur a 30% fee of your total bill.
3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
4. Will I get reminders about my appointment?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your scheduled cleaning.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, Zelle, and credit or debit cards via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account. Just choose the card payment option at checkout.
6. How does the quote process work?
Fill out our new customer form with your cleaning needs. We’ll review it and email you an estimated number of hours based on your details. You can adjust the hours as you prefer. Our service is hourly, and cleaners will focus on your priority areas.
7. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll return and re-clean the area at no extra cost. "Your satisfaction is our priority."

8. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients provide an entry or garage code so our team can access the property. If you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too. Just let us know your preferred option so we can ensure smooth access and a timely service.
9. How do cleaning hours work?
Our rates are per cleaner, per hour. If multiple cleaners are assigned, the total time is divided among them. For example, a 4-hour cleaning with 2 cleaners takes about 2 hours.
10. How should I prepare for my cleaning?
Please tidy up and leave a short list of your priorities or any delicate items you’d like us to handle with extra care. If you’re a returning customer, you can update your preferences anytime through our online form.
11. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No need! Our cleaners bring all the necessary products and tools. If you prefer us to use your own supplies, just let us know in advance.
12. How long will my cleaning take?
It depends on your home’s size and condition. We’ll give you an estimated time in your quote and adjust if needed.

We do our best to send the same cleaner for each visit. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or vacation, we’ll send another trusted professional trained to the same high standards. You’ll always receive consistent, quality service.

Absolutely. Every cleaner passes background checks and is fully insured for your safety and peace of mind.
15. Can I tip my cleaner?
Tips are never required but always appreciated. You can add a tip online through your invoice or hand it directly to your cleaner. Even a simple “thank you” note means a lot!
