1) Who We Are & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by M&PSSSJ LLC (“M&PSSSJ,” “we,” “us,” “our”):

By accessing or using our sites, booking a service, creating an account, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our sites or book services.

3) Changes to These Terms or the Services

We may update the Sites, the Services, and/or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

4) Accounts, Accuracy of Information & Communications

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may send you transactional emails/SMS (confirmations, reminders, invoices). With your consent (where required), we may send marketing communications—you can opt out at any time.

5) Bookings, Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; actual time may vary by scope and condition.

  • Hourly structure: rates are per cleaner per hour. If multiple cleaners attend, total hours are divided among them.

  • Payment: due before or at the time of service (per your confirmation). We may use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Zelle). You authorize us to charge your selected method for due amounts, adjustments, tips, and applicable taxes/fees.

  • Cancellations/Reschedules: You may cancel or reschedule ≥48 hours before the appointment at no cost. Within 24 hours, a 30% fee of the scheduled service may apply. If our team is unable to access the property or the appointment is refused on arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

  • Access: If you provide access/garage/lockbox codes or instructions, we will use them solely to perform the service and safeguard them appropriately.

6) Service Standards, Satisfaction Guarantee & Exclusions

  • We deliver professional cleaning services with trained personnel.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the reported area(s) at no extra cost.

  • Reasonable Limits/Exclusions: We may decline tasks that pose safety, property-damage, or legal risks (e.g., hazardous materials, structural issues, pest infestations, high-risk heights). Deep stains or pre-existing damage may not be fully remediable.

7) User Content, Reviews & Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have rights to it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. You grant M&PSSSJ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and service improvement. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

8) Intellectual Property & Limited License

All content on the Sites—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, code, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to M&PSSSJ and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, frame, scrape, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights;

  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code;

  • Interfere with the Sites’ operation, security, or networks;

  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or bulk messaging (spam).

10) Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Sites may link to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.

11) Cookies & Tracking

12) Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M&PSSSJ LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL; ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITES OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE—WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing here limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M&PSSSJ LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your: (a) breach of these Terms, (b) violation of law or third-party rights, or (c) User Content.

15) Business Transfers

If we engage in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information and these contractual relationships may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Policy.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

17) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites or Services at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

18) Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. No waiver will be effective unless in writing and signed by us.
